1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is damaged during shipping.
✅ Expired Product – If you receive an expired medicine.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns for:

  • Opened or used medicines.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and approve/reject the return.
  4. If approved, you must return the product in its original packaging, unused and sealed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective product, you can request a return and reorder the correct product.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
