1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions: Wrong Product Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is damaged during shipping.
Expired Product – If you receive an expired medicine.
We Do Not Accept Returns for:
- Opened or used medicines.
- Products without original packaging.
- Change of mind after purchase.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and details of the issue.

- If approved, you must return the product in its original packaging, unused and sealed.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective product, you can request a return and reorder the correct product.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
